The New England Chapters are two of thirteen regional SIA chapters located throughout the United States. While the regional SIA chapters operate under the general bylaws established by the National SIA Organization, each individual chapter is responsible for contucting its own business, including membership, tours, conferences and finances.

For many years, the two New England Chapters have worked closely together to promote the field and the purposes of Industrial Archeology in New England.
